On the evocative terrace of Hotel 77****, overlooking the rooftops of Rome, Maison D'Art Collection and the Chef Gourmet cooking and pastry school invite you to experience a refined open-air cooking class. Here, under the careful guidance of a professional chef, you will discover the art of homemade pasta and condiments that tell the story of our land.
During the lesson, each participant will literally put his or her hands in the pasta: from the kneading of the dough to the working of traditional shapes, to the cooking and preparation of sauces. Everything will be accompanied by a glass of bubbly and a panorama that makes every moment even more special. At the end of the preparation, you will be able to enjoy the dishes exclusively on the terrace, in a private and cosy atmosphere.
